Donate Blood for Research
Vitalant’s research donor program is another way to help save lives. You may be eligible to participate in Vitalant’s research program if you are deferred from donating blood to the community blood supply. Research donations are accepted at select Vitalant locations in Denver, Colorado, and San Francisco, California.
As a leader in the blood banking industry, Vitalant works closely with different companies and organizations on a wide range of research studies and provides support to area hospitals in need of blood and blood products for research purposes. Financial compensation may be provided for your time and travel.
Your donation will provide many benefits to the community-at-large by helping the medical community learn more about the most effective ways to collect, prepare and store blood donations.
